COLOMBIAN PACIFIC AND WHALES
During the months of May and November, the Humpback or Yubarta Whales reach the 1,300 km of the Colombian Pacific coast to give birth to their young. During these months these colossal mammals can be seen jumping, playing and swimming through these warm waters.
The whales make a journey of more than 8,000 km that begins at the South Pole and that, during the second half of the year, gives rise to sightings of large groups of whales traveling throughout the Colombian Pacific, extended along the coasts that encompass the departments from Nariño, Cauca, Valle del Cauca and Chocó
Come with us and enjoy this spectacle of nature in a magical setting where the jungle meets the sea.
